Dine on carefully prepared and fresh “home cooked” meals – including pure spring water, freshly baked bread, and our famous cookies. As you dine, enjoy a nearly 180 degree view of Elbow Lake and the surrounding wilderness beautifully framed in our huge picture windows. Vaulted ceilings and rustic log railings add to this amazing dining environment. Food is served “family-style,” hot and ready for you to enjoy when you walk in the room. No need to wait in long buffet lines – our servers are ready to provide second helpings and attend to your every need! This is definitely not your regular “camp” food!

Relax in the main lobby at Nisqually between meals or programs, visit the camp gift store, or try delicious hot and iced drinks from our espresso stand. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

The lush, green surrounding grounds, benches, available patio dining, and front gardens offer an inviting environment for fellowship and taking in the beauty of God’s creation.
