The Farm Assistant works under the supervision of the Director of Operations, and is responsible for overseeing and assisting with all aspects of maintenance and activities at Sunrise Farms. This is an all-season position that requires working outdoors in all kinds of weather, both autonomously and as part of a team.

Internships
Serving as an Intern at Cascades is an opportunity to work in the diverse nature of camping ministry during the off-season (non-summer) months. The time commitment can range from a few months to a full year. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who is desiring to work hard, be mentored by an excellent staff, grow in their faith, and gain a greater understanding of self. For many participants, the internship is experienced as a time of discernment and maturing. Work can vary widely within all departments of camp and particular roles will be determined based on needs, skills, interest, and educational endeavours.
