The Maintenance Manager works under the direction of the Director of Operations. They may assist in overseeing seasonal staff and summer staff (“O-Team”). Job duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring overall guest readiness of our facilities and grounds, managing areas inside and around the shop, maintaining equipment, and assisting with other functions of Cascades as needed (housekeeping, activities, office work, etc.).

Internships
Serving as an Intern at Cascades is an opportunity to work in the diverse nature of camping ministry during the off-season (non-summer) months. The time commitment can range from a few months to a full year. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who is desiring to work hard, be mentored by an excellent staff, grow in their faith, and gain a greater understanding of self. For many participants, the internship is experienced as a time of discernment and maturing. Work can vary widely within all departments of camp and particular roles will be determined based on needs, skills, interest, and educational endeavours.
